Could not able to trigger Message Object Workflow when ever message is created for HR help desk service request

Hi,

For testing, created an Object Workflow for Message Object as shown below.

when ever message record is created we are returning True to test the event.

and sending an email to direct email id.


But when we update an SR with the message, email is not getting triggered.
