Selected worker to be available in Recruiter LOV when creating Job Requisition

Summary:

Requirement : Recruiter lookup on Job Requisition page brings complete worker list; we want to limit pick list. We must bring picked worker to recruiter LOV.

We have tried Job Template option to default the Recruiter name based on business unit, but business not happy with this approach.
