Reflect one row when there are duplicate rows of data

Summary:

Request received to have report with multiple rows of data for workers to reflect one row for each worker, but still include all data. Hopefully the screenshot from my analysis below will help clarify:

Ideally, the report would only reflect 'Joseph' one time, but still have BOTH emails reflected (possibly in side by side columns)?
