How to update the default Relationship Role Default Value

Summary:

is there a way we can change the default Relation role of an account (Organization) when adding new relationship value?

in the contact object, there is a relationship tab where in you can add a relationship to a contact or account, when we add an account it always defaulted to "Board", what we wanted is to change it to other value like " Organizations which have contacts."

is the away we can change the default relationship value?
