Need to view who created and updated transactions.

In my organization, we want to find a way to view and analysis to know which user created or updated certain transactions such as AP Invoices, POs, Requisitions, I created an analysis on our test environment by using subject area: Procurement - Procure to pay real time, started by first column Invoice number then BU Created by (Payables BU Additional Attributes). Unfortunately, BU Created by column did not show any results against the Invoice number. I also did the same with POs and got the same results
