Request Preferred Availability From Interviewers

Summary: Candidates schedule based on interviewer's availability is not visible

We are on 23C and Recruiting booster is enabled without outlook integration. I am trying to configure this feature where Interview coordinator can request for interviewer's preferred availability but the steps as described in guide, i don't see some of the things in our instance.

i don't see the setting (highlighted in yellow) available. checked via design studio and page composer also but can't find.

when you add interview schedule at Job Req level, there is no option to add Interviewer also so i am wondering how will interviewer receive the notification.
