Expense report approval notifications should receive by both the Manager and delegate

This is new requirement, and we want to understand if this process is feasible or not and also we want to understand as per the standard functionality can we make this approval workflow notification sent to both the manager and delegate, when we already gave all the powers to delegate on behalf of manager, still manager should receive the approval notifications?
