Tupe Transfer SSP and SMP

Summary:

Historic leaves for SSP when there is a TUPE transfer of Employees into the company

Content (required):

When there is a Tupe Transfer, it is consider a new starter in the Tupe organization. For the Tupe Transfer we need to honour their Ts&Cs from their previous employer under the TUPE agreement. It is very specific to UK HMRC.

We cannot capture the Statutory Sick pay which is paid under last 56 days (HMRC Statutory policy), due to this if empoyee comes to a new Tupe organization and employee takes a sick leaves, their Statutory calculations are incorrect.

Apprecite your suggestions and opinions if other clinets have faced similar issues and what workaround you have done.

Howdy, Stranger!
