Hardcoding hierarchy managers in the Compensation Hierarchy Determination fast formula
Summary:
I have a list of 20 managers who must be able to access all employees on their compensation worksheet. So each managers will have a worksheet assigned and they will be able to see all employees eligible in the compensation plan. These managers are not actual line managers and also they may not be from the same business unit as that of employees. I have written a Fast formula by hardcoding all these managers person ID & assignment ID creating an virtual hierarchy. However, the worksheet is routed only to the lowest level manager and not to anyone else. Below
