Query Slower after patch Favoring Full Table Scan (FTS) instead of Index Scan
Summary:
A report built to get the timecard details (OTL query) is suddenly running for a very long time after the recent patch was applied. It does full table scan rather than index scan, is there any way to resolve this. This used to take 30 mins prior to the patch, now it keeps running over an hour
