Compensation summary "view drop down" and "Performance Rating Minimum & Maximum Target Percentage"

Summary: In compensation calibration summary,  

  1. Performance Rating Minimum Target Percentage and Performance Rating Maximum Target Percentage is coming zero. Any idea, how can I get value for those fields?  
  2. How fields are getting added in the drop down of View? Any input on this?
