Is it possible to modify the 'Daily Rate' for an Expense Policies defined by Expense Category

We are trying to change the 'Standard Daily Rate' for our 'Overnight Expense' policy but everything is greyed out. I can't see an option to end-date or delete the existing policy.

Is it possible to edit the policy or end date please ?

Steps to replicate -

Go to Setup & Maintenance Expenses -> Expenses -> manage Policies by Expense Category

No option to Edit, end date or delete
