Is it possible to adjust the Sort Order on the Activity tab in the CX Cloud Side Panel in Outlook?
Does anyone know if it is possible to adjust the Sort Order for the Activities that appear on the Activity tab in the CX Cloud Side Panel in Outlook?
Currently, the results for the closed Activities that appear in the Activity History are sorted oldest to newest but we would like to be able to sort newest to oldest. Is that possible?
In a perfect world, the Open Activities would remain in ascending order so that Tasks/Appts are in the order that they will become due with the Close Activities (History) able to be sorted in descending order so that the most recent Activities are at the top, however, if that is not possible we'd like for Users to be able to manual toggle the Sort Order as needed.
