How to fetch learning community access group details?

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement to fetch the learning community access group details like, Community Access Group Name, Community Access Group Learner Count and Community Access Group Membership Role as shown in the below image.

Has anyone faced a similar requirement?

Any inputs would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!
