Marketing communications check renaming


Content (required):

We have a requirement where client want to change the verbiage regarding marketing communication in job application. Currently the following verbiage is seeded

1)I agree to receive updates about new job opportunities.

2) I agree to receive marketing communications

The above verbiage needs to be changed to

1) I would like to receive emails about all new job opportunities

2) I would like to receive emails on opportunities that are specific to my qualifications

In order to accommodate these changes, I have used User Interface Text, The first verbiage i.e., I agree to receive updates about new job opportunities- changed successfully, however for the second one, it is unable to popup any result for " I agree to receive marketing communications", I have checked multiple times but unable to identify what could be the possible issue.
