OTBI Report is not giving results.

Summary:

Hi Everyone!

Workforce management - Worker Assignment Event Real time

I am using above subject area to create a report but when i click results, i am getting " No results". Even when i just select only person number attribute and click on results, it gives me " No results".

Working fine in test instance but it throwing error in production.

I checked below mentioned job role and duty role are present. More over i am super user.

Any idea what is going wrong?
