How to download document from Team Center Application(Third Party Application)

Summary:

Our customer using Team center Application it is a third-Party application to store document.

Currently customer using Licensee Application to download those document by click the URL. (Attaching screen shots below)

Same approach we need to Implement in OSC to download documents directly from our OSC.

We have end Point for each document.

Please let me know is any approach to implement this requirement.
