How do we get the intents in HCMV2 to return the correct job title?

Content (required):
HCMv2 skill returns incorrect job title when asking questions such as "Who am I". It returns the 3 segment job and not what we would recognise as the job title. In the following example it shows "Information Services.Standard.Head of Department" when I need it to show "Head of Group Products"
How do I change that?
If I ask "Show John Smith direct reports" is shows a card with the list of direct reports and the correct job titles. If I then click on a card the person details open with the incorrect values shown below (Job Title is Group Products Support Analyst)
