Error while adding Goal - Talent Profile

Hi Team,

We are facing this issue when an Employee is trying to add the Goal from Me - Career and Performance - Goals. Any root cause or fix for this issue please?

Attribute ProfileTypeId in ProfileEO is required

Attribute ProfileCode in ProfileEO is required

Attribute ProfileUsageCode in ProfileEO is required

The combination of values specified for the attributes profile usage code, person ID and party ID is invalid. (HRT-975144)

You can't create a person profile with profile relationships. (HRT-975090)
