Difference with Explore Career in Grow vs Explore Career in Career Development

Today I was just exploring the ME grow, then I found that there is an option called Explore Careers, this similar option I have seen in the Career Development.

So I just wanted to know what is the difference in both of them.

Please suggest something if anyone come across this.
