Error: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service
We have a user account meant only for reporting access so it was created directly from Security Console without an employee relationship. When trying to run the Payables Invoice Register, it received the following error: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service.
After some research, I created an HCM record in Manage Users to be tied to the existing user account per Doc ID 2665621.1. However, I am still receiving the same error when I try to run Payables Invoice Register. Is there a scheduled process I need to run for the HCM record to be picked up? Am I still missing a step?
