When will the legislative updates for EEO-1 2022 be ready (US only)?

Summary:

The EEOC has issued the reporting requirements for the 2022 reporting year (US Localization). We need to know when the legislative updates will be available in Fusion/Cloud HCM.

Content (required):

The EEOC has made some changes to the EEO-1 reporting for 2022 that are not available within Fusion/Cloud HCM. There are some new fields on the EEO-1 and the D-U-N-S number is no longer used; it will be replaced by a different number, the UEI. We need to plan for updating this information.

The reporting window opens on October 31, 2023 and the report is due by December 5, 2023.
