Pending/overdue reminder email notification content and subject line customization

Content and subject line of the pending/overdue response reminder emails sent to suppliers need to be customized as per business requirement

Content (required):

We are using the 'send response reminder' from the action dropdown against supplier on 'monitor initiative' page to send reminders to suppliers to respond to initiatives. Email and bell notifications are sent to the suppliers who are yet to respond to the questionnaire. As of now, standard emails are being sent. We need to find out from where we can add/modify the standard email subject line and body so that pending/overdue response reminder emails are sent to suppliers with custom content as per business need.
