usage billing interface date

Summary:

We have a product with a usage based charge, which is bill quarterly- we need to have the AR Invoice for that QTR period to be on the last day of that Q

Content (required):

Current behavior- if billing period is 01-JAN to 31-MAR, Billing line will be created with Interface Date of 01-APR

This is problematic as we need the AR Transaction Invoice to be created with Trx_Date of 31-MAR.

Is there a way to have the Interface Date sent from the billing line to be 31-MAR?
