FR member search does not work for options other than NAME

Hi all

We are finding few issues with FR today for a client.

When we try to seach for a member using default / alias or Alias-form, we get an error: "nothing can be found with name xxxx

This does not happen with other clients of ours.

Can someone let me know if there is a specific setting we can check for this to be enabled?
