In the Absence Entry validation Fast Formula leave deduction is not splitting in different years

Hi experts,

Got Stuck in the validation Fast Formula

Issue: Leave deduction is not splitting in different years

Ideal scenario :

(a person cannot take more than 5 days leave per year

 Leave applied : (29 Dec 2023 - 3 Jan 2024 ) total duration 3 days as 1/jan/2024 is a holiday

 Ideally, 1 day should be deducted in the 2023 year and 2 days in the 2024 year 

But here whole 3 days are deducted from the 2023 year 

and 0 days are deducted in the 2024 year


It would be helpful if any of you provide a solution
