Unable to resolve the error, Candidate on Application

Hi,

Our user is facing a issue with one of the application, the Application went into HR - Error During processing with the below error. The requisition is under filled status.

You need to delete the existing address and create an address with the same start date as the candidate's start date to move the candidate. (PER-1532853)

She has deleted the address from the Candidate application page. But the status have not changed and the error is still appearing. can anyone assist what steps has to be taken
