renaming entity and cost center members

Hi

We need to rename entity code and cost center members - first four digits. (Ex: old code is 503010001 and new code is 803010001)

We tested this scenario. Once we renamed the entity and cost center members in setup/metadata automatically form and valid intersections changes with the new name/code. This is great.

But rules and FRS report members remain unchanged. Any reason? and any help on this

(Rules we thought of exporting and importing with the new members. but this 4 digit code 5030, there are GLs starting with this code. so we cannot replace everything by 8030, because then GL codes will have an impact)
