Requester change order should not go to requester for approval.

Summary:

Requester initiates Change Order, but don't want the approvals to be routed to the requester again. We have updated BPM setting as below, however it still triggers to the requester. Is there any other setup required?

Prohibit User Self-Approval is checked and Payload attribute is /task:task/task:creator
