Is there a way to see if a new applicant converted from a prospect on a requisition?

How can we tell if a new applicant was first a prospect on a requisition. IS there a way on the candidate view grid to see this information?

We are adding candidates to requisitions as prospects if they are screened on another requisition and then moved to another requisition that best suites their experience/skills. Once the prospect converts to a new applicant, we would want to differentiate new applicants who were first a prospect from those were are true new applicants. The converted he prospects would not need to be screened a second time and could be moved right to an interview stage.
