HR act as manager and view only his/her BU?

Hello all,

We have a new requirement to combine 4 Compensation Plans into 1. These plans are from the same country but with different BUs. Although, what we want to achieve is, the HR that will act as a proxy to be able to act only as the manager of his/her BU and so to be able to view the employees from his/her BU and not the others.

Do you know how we can do this?
