Return to default setup

Hello, I wonder if there is any possibility to restore all the settings, machines, networks, etc. to the default settings? Something like reset docker to factory defaults (exapmle docker rm $(docker ps -aq), prune -af volumes.

I don't want to delete my account and create a new one. I am a person who has the first contact with cloud services, so forgive me if the question is trivial. Of course, I mean a free tier account.
