Ability to update the recruiter or hiring manager if they are inactive in job requisition

Often there is a Business requirement to update Hiring Manager or Recruiter in the Job Requisition if Hiring Manager or Recruiter becomes Inactive(Terminated). Currently there is no way we can update this information unless the requisition is closed and recreated with active hiring manager or recruiter. This Impacts Processing time and Business transactions.
