Pending workers with payroll relationship - should you final close them?

Summary:

Pending workers can be given payroll relationships, especially via ORC, so that on conversion they are automatically attached to the correct payroll. Should that payroll relationship be final closed?

Content (required):

Pending workers can have TRU and Payroll defined by Oracle Recruiting Cloud, or manually when the the pending worker record is created. This means that when the pending worker is converted, these details are already there on the live assignment.

The trouble is, this means that after conversion the pending worker payroll relationship is still there and open, and it appears in dropdown selection boxes such as when creating a payroll relationship group, which can be confusing. I'm thinking that these records should really be final closed as soon as the pending worker is converted to live.

Howdy, Stranger!
