Triggering a questionnaire that requires managers approval

Hi Everyone,


We have a business requirement to Trigger a "Conflict of Interests" questionnaire to staff on a need based basis as and when required. No set criteria, it will only be triggered on a need based basis or if there is a potential conflict of interest. Once the employee complete the questionnaire, it requires an approval from the manager.


To meet the above requirement, i am considering to create a Journey with 2 tasks. The first task gets triggered to the worker as soon as the Journey is manually assigned to the employee. The second task gets triggered to the Manager of the employee as soon as the first task is marked as completed. The manager is expected to complete that task. In the second task, there will be a basic questionnaire asking the manager to confirm his acceptance of the risk / conflict of interest etc. As soon as the second task is completed by the manager, it
