"Number of openings" to be defaulted to zero

Summary:

In case of number of vacancies in position is zero, the number of openings while creating requisition should also be defaulted to zero.

Content (required):

Hi All,

The user don't want the hiring managers to create a requisition if the vacancy in that position is zero.

Is there any option i can achieve this by defaulting zero in the "Number of openings"field in the requisition creation page.

Or by using autocomplete rules or any other means of validation.

Please let me know if you have used any workaround for your implementation as well
