Disable Review Skills and Qualifications in complete job application

Hi,

We are not using Talent Profile. So we would like yo disable Review Skills and Qualifications in complete job application from Job Opportunity Market place. Please let me know if any solution is possible.

I removed the content section subscribers as well.
