Model: Percentage of Total Eligible Salaries?

I would like to know if we can have Percentage of Total Eligible Salaries and not Percentage of Eligible Salary. For example, we would like to create a model with function as grouping criteria but we would like to enter the values as Percentage of Total Eligible Salaries and not the Eligible Salary of each function.

Do you know if this is possible?
