All - Has anyone ever developed an effective way to do a precheck of the combination of values for costing segments chosen during time-entry against cross-validation rules in the GL?

I'm thinking about a custom audit report written in BI Publisher to compare costing entries on the timecard to cross validation rules in GL. Is this feasible in the community's experience? Is there another solution?
