Not receiving a password reset email/link

I'm not able to reset password

I tried to reset my password on forgot-password page (https://idcs-a703c3e95a3640c9adb9e91048dcbe25.identity.oraclecloud.com/ui/v1/forgotpwd?root=forgot-password&idcs-account-recovery-factor-router=forgot-password-email-factor) but I never received the email to reset this.

I tried clearing the cache and cookies but continued with the problem.
