We are trying to hide Add to Cart button for requisitions page for particular items and these items are internally orderable.

Here is the scenario:

Items: 285.23.1039, e.tc - Hide Add to Cart button

Items : Blank - Show Add to Cart button

Please help me on this to resolve this issue
