Can I use a fast formula on eligibility profile to allocate a checklist based on Proposed User Person Type?

If yes, could someone share a sample fast formula?

I saw from KB this Fusion Global HR: How to Create an Eligibility Profile Based on Proposed Worker Type? (Doc ID 2901970.1) but the sample was for the proposed worker type, not user person type.
