Summary: Is "Always Free" Oracle Cloud service very dependable?


Content (required): Looking to see if building applications for a small number of users (small businesses) "Always Free" is a good idea. I am looking at the possibility of using an Always Free APEX instance to help small businesses automate some of their processes.
