Summary:

We are trying to run Synchronize Grade Step Rate process to update the salaries of the employees whose grades are changed. in scheduled processed. I found a oracle doc(Doc ID 2221080.1) and updated the profile values accordingly and i added myself ESS admin role as well as once i got no access error at first.

We are getting this error when we try to run the process, we tried from my manager account as well as he have more access than me, but still the same.

Any solution for this ?
