Dear all,

I know that line manager/HR admin can add Risk of Loss/Impact of Loss to employees through Talent Ratings or they can do it during Talent Review meeting. But I wonder whether it is possible to do assessment of Risk of Loss/Impact of Loss, so system shows several questions to managers, manager answers these questions and system evaluates Risk of Loss/Impact of Loss and displays employee in respective section of nine-box. It is like Potential Assessment.
