How to change the 'Create Issue Event' header to 'Create Other Incidents Event'?

Summary:

Not able to change the header after renaming one of the delivered Incident Event 'Issue' to 'Other Incidents'.

Content (required):

We have renamed one of the Incident Event from 'Issue' to 'Other Incidents' in the Manage Environment, Health and Safety Incident Events page.

The change is reflecting everywhere except when trying to Create an event in an Incident page. The header is showing Create Issue Event, and we have to fill Issue Event Details.

We are not able to change the text through Page Composer too.


Please find the screenshots attached regarding the problem and help us in how to rename this.
