Position based approvals should have visibility of incumbent name or employee code

Summary: Position based approvals should have visibility of incumbent name or employee code

Content (required): We have configured job requisitions approvals based position hierarchy but while going for approval in approval history, the incumbent name or employee code is not visible for that position.

Business is not able to figure out to whom the requsiition approvals have gone, currently they are showing only position name.

Please let us know what can be done what can be done to have the visibility of incumbent name or employee code of the incumbent sitting on that position.
