How to hide fields from disability info?

Dear Oracle community,

When adding the disability info to a profile, there is this nasty little field called "disability code" that becomes visible after creating the disability info. Furthermore, the field "disability category" appears as well. We would like to hide both fields and in turn have the degree of disability visible once the disability information is created.
