Configure Alternate Location Names

Hey, hoping for some guidance / solution here please:

Our Georgraphy set up is Country, County, Town / Postalcode.

Counties are split by South, West, South and North for Yorkshire, so when you search Yorkshire as a candidate on the careers site it won't bring back any results, you either have to type in West Yorkshire, which you are not likely to or type in the City or Town for example Pontefract to bring back all the requisitions located in that town.

At Next we have so many requisitions posted in either West Yorkshire (Pontefract) or South Yorkshire (Donacastor)

Our users are searching for Yorkshire to see all requisitions in both West and South, however no requisitions are being returned due to the set up.
