How to load Individual Compensation Plan for Employees via HDL
Summary:
We are trying to load the Individual Compensation plan for a group of employees via HDL.
Content (required):
We are using the Element Entry Business object while loading the individual Compensation plan with the Element Source as VC. However after loading the HDL we see the entries in the Element entry tables but not in the Individual Compensation plan table ( CMP_VC_PER_ELIG_PLANS). To my surprise, a row gets inserted into this table as soon as you open the Individual Compensation page for this employee. Please note that we have not saved the page at all, but in the backend a row automatically gets inserted as soon as we open the individual compensation page.
